As a Charlotte brand photographer, I love helping local businesses, both large and small, get authentic branding and lifestyle photos for their marketing so they can attract their dream clients and make more money. This shoot with a local balloon design artist is a perfect example of how I use my creativity and photography skills to bring a local Charlotte area brand to life.

I'm excited to share some of the branding photos I did for Blew Me Away Events. They are a mother and daughter balloon artist team based here in Charlotte, North Carolina. They are the nicest ladies ever and also extremely talented. If I ever need a creative balloon arch for any future birthday parties for my son, I'm calling them!


They needed new branding photos because they didn't have any photos at all showing their face on their social media business accounts. This is such an important part of running a small business in 2025 - customers are hiring the face behind the business and if you don't have any personal branding photos of you, then it's going to be hard for the customer to establish a connection and ultimately buy from you.

I will help you create an amazing library of on-brand images that feels authentically you so you can show up with confidence online and attract your target audience. Their vision for the shoot was to create a cohesive gallery of vibrant images showcasing their brand color palette and props & to convey a close-knit mother and daughter team that creates custom balloon design art pieces for events around the Charlotte metro area.


We brainstormed and collaborated for several weeks before the shoot so that on shoot day, we arrived knowing exactly the type of shots we would get. Pre-planning makes shoot day fun and easy!

We did the shoot at a gorgeous styled home in Charlotte. Choosing the perfect location for your brand photoshoot doesn’t have to be stressful. There are SO many places in your local area that allow portrait photography and commercial photography. You really just need to know where to look.


My favorite places to scout locations in the Charlotte, NC area include PeerSpace & Home Studio List. Google is also a great tool as well. The best part is that you can filter out your search out based on aesthetic, budget, and if you need to rent extra props. These are amazing resources for brand photographers.
